This website sells 3rd grade products that are extremely cheap quality and they don't even reply to your emails once you tell them the problem. Worst experience ever!

Avoid this ''company''! Whenever you try to reach out by email for a refund or anything else, they simply disappear and block you on social media as well. In my case the items I ordered arrived after more than one month and they did not match the website descriptions. Almost forgot to say that the items were not functional and one of them was completely dirty on the inside (a wallet). This is what they did with ALL UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS apparently (you can see that from the other reviews too if you search online). Even if on their website they state ''hassle free returns'' and mention that they would reply within a few days! Also, you can't find any addresses or information concerning the vendor on their website. Is that legal? You can find way better products on other websites. They simply margin more than others. Extremely poor quality! PS: I know you'll read this, so congrats Fakealist ;)

You never receive your purchase. It comes from China and the tracking updates they give you are fake. Fake shipping companies and unverifiable locations. Don’t buy from this store.

TOTAL SCAM. Avoid this store. Ordered a wallet 31 days ago and it never came and I can't get a refund. Their customer service is non existent

This company is a totally scam ! I have been emailing for weeks because they double charged me for a wallet , they do not respond to emailed or Instagram messages ! They say refunds/ returns are easy within 46 days but they never allow you to return! Don’t shop here !!!

I fell victim of their Instagram slick advertising. They say easy returns on their website, so I thought that it is risk free. But it took first forever to arrive from China and once it arrived, nobody has responded to their emails or provided a refund for the past 20 days. The product is itself what you would expect from a cheap Chinese knockoff.

Absolute garbage of a product it’s not even real leather DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM of a company they just take your order then get one delivered to you from Ali Express at a cost to them of £3,56 ordered mine after seeing advert on tic tok all adverts on there are same company complete and utter rubbish
