Bought a nimalist airtag wallet. How naive was I? It's pretty rubbish - there are similar ones on ebay and amazon for less than 1/2 the price, however I suspect they aren't very good either. Too small to fit a few cards, cash and an airtag. However the single worst thing about nimalist is the customer service. The day after ordering I sent an email requesting cancellation. That email was ignored and subsequent emails have also been ignored. The item arrived around 3 weeks after ordering and further emails to request a return have been ignored. This company are operating a scam. Thankfully i paid with a credit card so a claim has been filed.

They sent the wallet without the AirTag, which is kind of the whole point, it's also the wrong color and I've contacted them 4 times with no response.

Shipping takes forever from overseas and you can buy the same items, genuine leather, on Amazon for literally 1/5th of the price. No way to return the product or talk to customer service. Sham company that should be shut down.

I purchased a wallet from this company and requested a refund. They did not respond and have ignored several of my emails after. I have filed an official complaint with the better business bureau and have posted all over their social media warning consumers to avoid buying from them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Same issue as many others here. Ordered 2 wallets, and they did not work the way we expected. I have sent 2 emails, and sent a a message through their contact area on their website. No response. I would absolutely not recommend this product or this company.

No way to return the product-total scam

SCAM!!! No response, no customer service, no way to exchange/return the products. Do not buy!
