I have been using the Elderly Care services from Nila Care for over a year now. The entire team are very friendly, helpfu and prompt in responding and arranging necessary medical appointments for my elderly parents(Mom and Dad) back home in India. In the last 2 months, I (a KSA-based NRI), have seen my mother and father's needs from a health and companionship perspective while Nila has also been there supportive in so many other ways such as helping with finding caretakers, home GP/therapist visits while also keeping the process easy to navigate and understand for us siblings. The constant contact practiced by the assigned HC Manager (who is herself a nurse, a very good listener and was able to build a great relationship with my parents quickly) to keep us updated with our parent's general condition is very comforting. The emergency support procedures in place also give us great peace of mind that our parents, although far from us, will be taken care of in case of (god-forbid) any health-related incidents. Overall, I am delighted with the care and services provided by the whole organization, from the top down.
