I love the care and customer service they show me when I'm on the phone with the agents. They actually pick up the phone and call u when they need any kind of clarification or need you to email critical information and or documents. They always tell me to take my time. I love that cause my phone be slow as heck sometimes. Thanks for taking time and being patient with me.
