Unsure when the deposit would happen

They had me sign everything and took my information and never received my funds

I never received the funds due the person on the phone typing my account number wrong I repeated to them 3 times and still got it wrong when I ask them to fix it the next person had the audacity to get to get frustrated at me I just told them to cancel it out

TOLD WAS APPROVED,NO MONEY DEPOSITED.HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET THIS NEWS....NO EMIL OR CONTACT CONCERNING DENIAL. I NOW HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT OBLIGATING ME FOR THE LOAN. HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REQUESTED A DENIAL LETTER. UPDATE TO FOLLOW

A bad place to borrow from with how crazy the rate is, all this crazy interest rate are outrageous. I just had to look elsewhere and Infrared Loans gave me what i need with a fair rate.

Why didn't I get the loan I got approved for the loan

Did not get same day funding. Lack of communication. Still have not received funds and were into the next business day.

Do NOT use this. It is a scam to make you pay more than whats offered. Approved for a $500 loan but the agreement only had an option to pay it over a year and you would have to CALL back to change that. Feels like a scam to trick people into paying more than offered.
