The application website was giving me grief so I called in. The representative that assisted me was very helpful and very quick to get me a loan for my emergency situation. He made sure that I was able to get close to the amount I needed. He also took the time to review all future steps involved. UPDATED...money wasn't getting deposited after a few hours i called. Come to find out the original loan officer didn't update the routing number...only the account. So the money was sent to a non-existent account. They would not correct the issue making me have to wait up to 5 business days for it to be returned. Being i needed the money today.... they refused to make it right.

I signed my papers and haven’t received anything

I spoke to a woman on the phone to confirm the loan she assured me the money would deposit today if I was approved, it has not. I messaged customer service and they assured me I was approved and the money would be deposited today and it hasn’t. I need it for rent and I pay $25/day each day after the 1st so it is very disappointing I was lied to.

Stayed on the phone with customer service for almost an hour and didn’t receive any funds in my account.
