Night Winds LendingReviews of nightwindslending.com

Well, the advertisement says you can get the loan same day. I spoke with someone & was told that the loan will come tomorrow. Today is tomorrow & I haven't seen the money yet. Im not complaining for it is only 2:43pm still fairly early, I'm giving it time. But this just its what I expected. I did the loan application about 3:00 or 4:00pm yeatserday so, I was expecting the money to be there the same day or at least come between 12am to 5am but that didn't happen. Im not mad just my expectations was a bit different from my experience with yall. But, yea.. where the money at 👀 I'm patiently waiting.

I gave them every shred of my personal information, was "pre-qualified", signed loan documents and didn't hear a peep back about approval. Seems like a fake / scam company. I'd avoid.

Haven't got it into the bank yet been waiting for it to hit

I seen there was a pending transaction, but I never received the agreement with the loan payment options nor interest, which I asked about before actually taking the offer the agent lady told me it was $40 on top of my $200 which makes my payback $240 total not bad but it does me no good if I don’t have that in writing none what so ever. I was told it’ll be sent after the funds were approved and at that point within the paperwork I could deny the loan as well. As of now looks like the loan hit my account and still no paperwork what so ever so at this point I have no payment plan and nothing stating only $40 more of the $200. This is clearly not right, I will be calling them first thing in the morning because now I’m given something that I technically didn’t agree too.

This is not a legitimate company. Do not log in to your online account nor sign a contract . After signing the contract they denied my loan and within minutes they drained my bank account. Report them to the BBB as I had to I had to close my bank account and file a claim for fraud. BBB says not to ever sign a contract nor give bank account info until you have an approval in writing. Apparently this company is under investigation for frauding people.

I never received my money after signing all my paperwork

This lender said I’m approved for $750. Sent me an email to e-sign the documents.i called the customer service to expedite the fund but they said still under review if it will be approved. What the heck! I signed up already the documents and all my important info was there and yet I’m not guaranteed approve when they said I’m approved for the email I got that’s why I signed the document. I waited and waited but I haven’t recieved any email from this company about the decision. So I called this morning and just find out that I got denied. WTF!!! If I did not make a call this morning I’ll be waiting forever and for nothing. Please don’t sign any documents from them unless you are really approved and getting the money right away. And one more thing take a picture of your documents the one they will email to you for e-sign because once you e-sign it and submit it you cannot download anymore the documents for your own copy. And that is proof too that you are approved that’s why they email the e-sign documents. BEWARE!!!

This is the worst company they had me over 45 minutes on the phone, they tell me i'm approved for an specific amount, money will be deposited tomorrow, signed loan agreement and i call again to verify information and they tell me that is declined.
