Horrible service
Horrible service. At first I enjoyed working with them until their servers experienced mass amounts of downtime, and the under 18 year old “owner” was juggling my server around like it was nothing. To top it off they continued to try to upcharge us on an additional service that would “fix our problems” which we were sold on not having in the first place. 0/10

The downtime you experienced was due to DDoS attacks, which fall outside the scope of our protection as outlined in the Terms of Service you agreed to upon account creation and when purchasing the service. Despite this, we provided extensive support to ensure your service was running smoothly. This included setting up the Pterodactyl panel, phpMyAdmin, and MariaDB, as well as swapping the server's IPs in an attempt to mitigate the attacks. Additionally, we offered enhanced DDoS protection from a third-party provider to help resolve the situation.
