Overall it’s ok
Overall it’s ok. The reason for 2 stars is if you loose access to your certificates on the original device you download on getting access to them requires a request process that isn’t convenient when you need to access them quickly. My rating would be 4 stars if they fixed this and made certificates all available in the profile via website without needing to submit a help request.

Uhh needs work
Very much not user friendly as far as websites go. Also the presenters were a bit boring to be nice. Knowledgeable yes but very very boring in delivery. Get. Better. Models. for the demonstrations too. Bodybuilders would be much better for showing precise trigger point locations.

Purchasing accessories online not good!
Purchasing courses online is awesome great material never had a problem. However, purchasing accessories and tools big problem nobody’s returning my email. There is no number to call to get in touch with anyone about the accessories that I purchase. I’m not satisfied and I’m not happy purchasing accessories from you guys and I probably won’t purchase accessories from you again, but I will purchase online material. Thanks.

The videos were incredibly dry
The videos were incredibly dry, I actually fell asleep at one point trying to watch them. The test was not clear about how to answer and I spent a lot of wasted time trying to figure out the best answer for multiple right answers when you were actually supposed to mark ALL correct answers not just the best one. The book has one real photo in it, one , and it’s of a female VJ. Everything else is drawn. Make of that what you will. Out of 50 questions not one asked about the science of Trigger points, which I didn’t mind , just thought it was odd considering that the videos spent 1/3 of the time discussing it. Overall for 19CEs you can’t beat $100 but not sure if I knew what it was going to be like I’d do it again. Learning is supposed to be fun.

Content good access poor
Content is probably quite good but it is so hard to access , needing to always use passwords and then things are not laid out in a manner helpful for learning . Such a pity as there is a lot of knowledge to be gained .

Watching the videos don’t give you aren’t enough to take the exam. The videos are good but they need to better address what’s on the exams
