I paid for and took the cupping course
I paid for and took the cupping course. The test to get the certification had nothing to do with cupping. It was a test over muscle anatomy. Waste of my money

I have never had an experience and did…
I have never had an experience and did not sign up for emails. So I see this as unsolicited marketing using either an unauthorised data base or a professional database.

The only way that you would have received an email requesting a review is if you had purchased or downloaded a free article. It may be that someone else did so using your email address. You advertised an seriously disappointed
You advertised an accredited class that you don't have accreditation for. I signed up and paid for the class, watched all the videos and read the material and went for the test only to find it's not there. And that it will be weeks before it will be ready. Good work, I think not.

We are sorry that the course you purchased was not yet accredited by your association. We do ensure that the details of all CE/CPD/CPE accreditations are stated within the description of each course, together with the number of credits allocated. Our courses are accredited by numerous organisations in many countries and it does sometimes take time for courses to be accredited. No access to their monthly membership....?!
This is the 2nd time I have tried to sign up over the years. And both time I was charged several times and it was going around circles. I had proof I was charged on my bank statement. Basically I created an account via their website and it also asked for my credit card details and that I would get an confirmation email which never happened. I have used the same email address and signed up for many services and products all over the world so it's not any issue on my end clearly. It was difficult to get clear answers and it just went on for days and time wasted and in the end I never heard back from them. Basically I got charged after creating an account, I haven't been activated on their end due to technical problem on their website.

No info since I paid
After and only after did I write a complaint did I get a text with a tracking number for my cups. The phone number tells me to send an email but the email does not work?? I received the cups but no literature or my free book. I’m so upset. I just wanted to take my course and I feel like I’m going to have to pay someone else now for it and I’ve put money.

I bought two courses 'Shoulder Complex'…
I bought two courses 'Shoulder Complex' and 'Frozen shoulder', it did mention that there 7 videos, but each one of them is around 2 minutes and they repeat after 3rd video. In another course videos are a bit longer, 30 mins consultation and few minutes of techniques. Shoulder tests are not described. All reading materials are unreadable (grey font on white). I contacted the provider with questions, never got the reply. I left review on the website which wasn't published, and there is no reviews at all. It was really surprising to experience such poor quality courses from such a reputable name.
