Awful, personal not responsive, answer emails only when they want. So much more expensive for what we have when you compare to the competitors.

I had to terminate my contract early due to a change in my home university‘s schedule. However, I never got any money back even though I discussed the procedure with a staff member. I‘m disappointed, to say the least!

Poor management no security provided

My visa was delayed and I communicated to your manager, I paid 3 months accommodation and later I had to defer, I tried to get a way back in since I'm starting school this year but the reception has been terrible even though I was unable to live in Ashlin house. I was so disappointed

It is the worst place to stay as student. They don't have anything needed for kitchen and beeding. They charge you crazy amounts whenever they want, their contracts doesn't say anything about the cancelation process and there is one girl called Michelle whom is very rude to customers and doesn't explain anything properly, if you don't understand her, she screams at you and scold you. I came to Ireland and hate it because of Nido, now that I moved I am able to star enjoying it.
