I like the staff and the location of the building. However, sometimes other residents are too noisy. Another thing I don't like is the size of the studios, they are too small for what we are paying.

I dislike the reception parcels service, I think it could be better if it was a 24 hour service. Providing more vacuum cleaners would also do good. Cleaning service should be more through prior to moving in.
