No wifi, day 2, no explanation of when there will be WiFi, if you’re working from home expect extremely unreliable to no WiFi and no answers to when it will be returned. This accommodation seems to have more flaws daily. Disgruntled.

WIFI was down so much due to “maintenance” or unknown issues. Flat mates were of similar nature to a certain animal most commonly found on farmlands. This is due to both the animals cleanliness, and my flat mates tendencies for leaving waste at their feet. I cannot name the farmyard animal in question because Nido didn’t like my review. Fire alarms went off far too much in the initial month I even got shafted with my deposit because someone on their end had not handled payments correctly.

Despite of a good experience at Nido West Hampstead (good room and proximity with transports and supermarkets), I won't recommend this residence for the following reason: After my stay, I haven't succeeded in contacting them to get back my refund. I sent them my completed form, and now, it has been at least 4 months that I am still waiting for my refund without any news, in spite of my several emails and calls attempts... I hope it is not fraudulent and that they will finally give my refund back.
