This is my genuine experience of using Nida for puffy eyebags for two weeks; in their ads, they say that you can see the immediate result in an hour, but that’s not true. I used it for two weeks with no result. I wanted to return the product but they do not cover shipping charges and do not provide free return labels. Fake reviews and fake user generated content online. I do not recommend it. Do not waste your money.

Package didn’t arrive. When I queried they insisted that I follow up with the postage company and wouldn’t send me another product so I’ve paid for nothing. They didn’t mark it as arrived (wrongly) until 4 weeks after I ordered so even if you do get your package it’ll take a long time.

I received a bottle of the black rice exfoliating serum that was practically empty. I provided videos of an undamaged bottle and a video showing the dropper unable to draw up any product. I was denied a refund or replacement and was told to “shake the bottle”. So much for 30 day satisfaction guarantee 😂

Very disappointed! Bought the moisturiser blue tube and the eye cream yellow tube. The eye cream lid fell to pieces already. The plastic just crumbled into pieces. Contacted customer services 3 times before getting a reply and they said because it was not damaged in transit tough basically! Have been using the products for 3 weeks and have not seen a difference so far. UPDATE 5 months later you reply below, so I email you as per your instructions and guess what, STILL NO REPLY!

I emailed immediately after ordering to get my address updated alongside messaging on IG, FB AND TikTok. Note: I couldn't find a phone number ANYWHERE – convenient. I had typed in my new one and then something glitched with payment and it must have reverted to the old one by the time I hit pay again. Customer Service took hours to reply and told me it was too late and the order had been shipped. No shit, you took hours to reply. If someone can pack and send it, someone can reply to an email/DM. I also doubt the package has been picked up by a courier since the tracking doesn't display any results. Pretty disappointed in this company.
