After patiently waiting what felt like forever, my blackhead and whitehead serum finally arrived, and I was really excited to try it. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The dropper is difficult to use because it does not pick up the product properly, making application unnecessarily frustrating. After using the serum for several days, I have not seen it remove the build-up from my pores as advertised. What concerns me most is the way the product appears to clump together when rubbed on the skin, creating what looks like dead skin cells or debris. To test whether this was genuinely coming from my skin, I applied the product several times in the same day and experienced exactly the same result each time. It seems highly unlikely that my skin could produce that amount of dead skin repeatedly, particularly as I already exfoliate regularly with a microdermabrasion face scrub every other week. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed that the product has not delivered the advertised results, and I feel the claims about what it removes from the pores are misleading.

NIDA made my skin very dry and a friend got dermatitis around her nose. It is in the bin!

Ya les he mandado dos mails con la captura de pantalla de la empresa donde me dicen que no saben nada. Espero tener noticias pronto porque ya va a hacer un mes del pedi.do

I have recently purchased NIDA products and I bought the whole set and after using for few days regularly my skin became very dry and uncomfortable and irratable. I used step by step on daily basis every morning and I had to stop due to dryness and skin irritation

NIDA has taken the order then not shipped the product due to 'increases in fuel costs'. I have followed up 3 times and have received automated emails thanking me for my patience. Items were purchased 4 weeks ago with no commitment to a delivery date or option to refund.

My experience with NIDA has been extremely disappointing. I placed my order on June 26th, and it has still not been delivered. What is even more frustrating is that no one from their team proactively reached out to explain the delay or provide any updates. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was happening with my order. To this day, no clear reason for the delay has been provided. I even pointed out that the recent Middle East situation should not be used as an excuse, as I have continued to receive orders from China, Thailand, and most recently Korea without any delays. Other companies have managed to deliver on time, so the issue appears to be with NIDA’s logistics and customer service. Adding to the frustration, they offered a refund that excluded the shipping fee. If an order cannot be delivered due to the seller’s failure, customers should receive a full refund, including the shipping charges. It is unfair to make customers pay for a shipping service that was never completed. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication. Had someone informed me that there was an issue with the shipment, I would have understood. Instead, I was left waiting for weeks with no updates, no explanation, and no initiative from the company. Customers should not have to chase a business just to find out where their order is. If NIDA cannot reliably fulfill orders to the UAE, they should resolve their logistics and communication process before continuing to advertise and accept orders from customers in the region. Delays can happen. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and inadequate customer service should not.

Do not buy from this site..they take your money and don’t deliver the product ..waiting 3 weeks..shite company

It doesn't work. I've used it for 4 days now and nothing. The videos show pretty much instant change. I'm very disappointed..won't be buying this again. I think the advertisements are fake
