they sent 2 people out in a month…
they sent 2 people out in a month because the exterior meter was leaking. first guy didn’t fix it. My bill went up 30% and am now being told that my usage is consistent with past homeowners usage thus it couldn’t be their fault. use anyone but them and vote against giving them the 800 million they want from tax subsidies to continue to under serve us and charge us while they get rich.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Bad customer service. Being a monopoly, they don't care about the customer. Very expensive. Avoid, if you can.
