Misleading brand. If you are a human with a size 12 c. Then you get an 11.5e. Still not right. If you have a perfect narrow foot these boots can work for you. If have normal foot size they won't. The most uncomfortable boots you will ever wear. Even after break in. Buy the 300 domestic work boots. They claim rebuild is 300. Nope 350. Don't waste your money or time with perfect straight shape boots

Poor customer service, automated email responses "canned"not personal. Nicks would not own up to their mistakes without an hour on the phone, on hold and talking. Almost 8 hrs of total drive time to and from the store to try and get it right. I'm sorry sir for this great inconvenience what can we do to make up for that. I must have had my earplugs in for that part of the conversation.

Have to rewrite my review as I bought my nicks boots through a site which isn't nicks official site one pair was second hand and one was new so went by my sizing with other boots will have to write a review when I buy through nicks official site I think I was a little unfair so apologies

I went to the Spokane store to get properly fitted as need a wide toe box and extra room in my left boot to accommodate arthritis in my big toe joint… I wear a size 12 or 13 as it is I received a SIZE 10 a couple months later. I knew there’d be a break in period but I couldn’t eve get my foot into the boot (the boots are beautiful and smell lovely) but I didn’t even lace them up… I returned them and sat on hold a few times ( my credit card # changed so they’re supposed to send me a check that was two weeks ago. I’m on hold while I write this … what a waste of time and a big fat disappointment , BTW don’t press 3 they never called me back last Thursday

I always knew about Nick's Boots existence with the hype and reputation, but this is beyond another level of quality goods. Their leather is thicker than the other non-mass-produced boot brands and has no flaws. Furthermore, customer services are a great help in finding the right size. Overall great experience and very happy with the goods I've recieved.

I got my first pair (Builder Pro) last december. compared to a vehicle these are tanks. its hard to imagine anything tougher exists on this planet. the leather (nicks 1964) is beyond beatiful. great pull-up and tough. excellent quality that gives you boots for years and years. i like them so much i ordered another pair (Renegade) 7 months later. i ordered what i usually wear in boots (not sneakers) and the size was perfect. i am uk10/us11 and ordered an 11 and it fits like a glove.
