For kids is not bad. On our last trip some one from the workers went into our room and becouse the security box was not working properly took pictures of my credit cards and used it to buy from different sites, Ebay, Ubereats, Shein on line. We reported to the management and they treated me as if I was telling a lie and ask me to send a copy of my bank statements which of course I didnt. I most say I am a member of the Karissma vacation that was of no help. This is to alert visitors when they visit Nick. Have been going for the las 4 years and I must say the quality of the hotel have changed for the worst. I think its a 3 star hotel.
