It appears the order was delivered before the cancellation request was sent; however, if you would like to return the order, unopened products in new condition can be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund. We’ve confirmed that your subscription is now turned off, so no further orders will process. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
