it sucks!! I was able to watch one game!

This is the worst app ever created. If I could give a minus 50 stars I would. Just God awful

if i could give this a minus i would. i have the internet not cable and a Roku stick. i paid 99.99 for the NFL network, game pass and have not been able to see one game. when i go to the channel it ask me to put in a code after i do it asks for my provider, i don't have a provider i have Roku. then by accident when trying to find a number to speak to someone which i have never been able to do it has a long lists of all the Roku sticks it does not accept. when i go on to the stupid NFL request it tells me I will not getting back my hundred bucks. the NFL game pass is a joke. to this day i haven' seen one game through the NFL network that i paid a hundred bucks for and cant find a number to speak to a person. when u go on the chat they ask for another dollar to connect u to a expert i gave another dollar and now my text notification goes off on my phone constantly but no text and no calls. its to a lawyer website. i have never been so mad. the NFL stole a hundred bucks of my money and will not provide a phone number to speak to a person. i have spent so many hours trying to get my money back and it has driven me to tears. turning them into the BBB

This is the worst app I have ever worked with. It will not work for me and I am putting in the right user name and password. I want to watch the games and it will not allow me to. You would be a fool to use this, you will lose your money.

Can't find a way to shut the sound off. I'd like to view of few of their articles but not with sound blaring in the background. I can't even use the system mute to shut it off. A most annoying site.

The only reason why I chose 1 star,is because there is nothing lower. I have been watching NFL since 1974,and I have never been as disappointed as I am now.I am watching the 1st game of the season. Dallas and Tampa Bay. There is a major pandemic going on,with a mask mandate. There are 66,000 fans,and I have only seen 2 people with one. Nobody cares about anything but themselves nowadays. PRETTY SAD!!! It seems like nobody has any morals or believes in carma, including our NFL. It's all about the money!

NFL Game Pass claims to offer live preseason games in 2021. However, through week 3 of the preseason I have been unable to watch any games. Their customer support number is disconnected and if you try to cancel online it won't take effect until the 2022 season. Very difficult to believe the NFL supports such a site.

The nfl is horrible . I turned on my utubetv just to watch the Denver game. And the NFL blocked access . I guess fans and revenue aren’t important. I’m thinking as much as I love watching the games with my boy it’s not worth it. 100 $ a month so you can block me . Take your billions and your millionaires in tights and remember you lost a loyal fan. Greed catches up!
