THE WORST streaming app I’ve ever come across. It will kick you out multiple times, start randomly clicking everywhere, and VERY delayed. It’s been a terrible experience and I won’t be getting NFL plus after pre season.

NFL plus did not deliver on it's promise. I had hopes of being able to watch all preseason games live. Yet each game I chose to watch I either couldn't watch on my TV or I could only listen to it on my tablet. Or the service just wasn't available at all. For no more than what you get, the subscription fee is far to much. This is not worth my time, or money. I'll consider to paying a subscription if all games, preseason and regular season are available with no strings, also available on all devices.

My husband recently died and when I checked our credit card, it had a charge to NFL+ which they claim was an autorenewal. I tried to contact them and you can't reach a human. It is all computer bots and the NFL won't refund me the money. The NFL won't refund the charge after multiple requests. This is just beyond disgusting! Does a multibillion dollar business really need the $99 so much that they would refuse a refund to the family of a deceased man? Unbelievable.

I wanted to watch the Vikings/Raiders game last Sunday. I immediately turned it off because Beth Mowins was the announcer. She has no business announcing the NFL games. She has never played football, never will and does not understand the game. Her voice and mannerisms are irritating and disgusting. She simply ruins the game. There are excellent, competent women on the sidelines. They add to the game. Mowins is incompetent and incapable of doing the job. Positions must be awarded to people who can do the job because of their skill set, not their sexuality. Wake up NFL! Fire Beth Mowins and immediately improve the game.
