NFLReviews of nfl.com

Worst app out there. NFL game pass was good but this app sucks. Useless on all my devices. Customer service is super crappy. They only send you random emails to link to the help page which is worthless. Cannot acces my preferences. Can’t even cancel. Worst service and app.

I have been trying for WEEKS now to get a refund because the NFL Premium + service did not work for the first two weeks of the season. All they do is send me the same form email (peppered with the same broken English and grammatical errors). This is a complete rip off and you would expect far better from a billion dollar company.

Basic stats are missing even days after games have concluded. Unconventional team to team stat comparisons make it hard to get a quick read on a game. Honestly, this app has been horrible all this season. You can't reach customer service. Doesn't anyone at NFL think it's a bad sign that customers just go to ESPN or Fox Sports or CBS Sports to get basic stats and somehow ALL of those other options have the data readily available. I mean, this sport has been around for a very long time. Pretty easy to populate basic game stats.

Very dumb how even on the app they make you pay for a subscription now, they use to only play certain games for free but now all games must be paid for, deleted the app from all my devices , nfl y’all suck for doing this

NY Giants fan living in SC....NFL+ only provides real time audio broadcast info. Sirius/XM provides a better service. And to see a condensed game NFL+ Premium is required. Really? NFL should learn from MLB. I can watch all of the NY Mets games on my TV (a novel concept to NFL)!

Ripoff. Cannot access my games. Keeps trying to force me to upgrade. NFL makes so much money why do they.allow scams like this. FCC should shut down this site, it's that bad.

This app has been awful from the get. I understand that you can only put one or 2 games on at one time, but why do you always put a game between 2 losing teams and with one winning by 28+ on when we could be watching a close game between 2 winning teams??? Then when you do end up trying to watch it, the picture is so bad you can't see anything, or it keeps skipping, replaying the same 6 seconds or so....or freezing as soon as the ball is snapped and then you miss the whole play, then it will unfreeze as they go back to the tunnel...this happens way to often. I hope there will be a class action lawsuit on this. I mean it's really that bad.

Horrible experience so far. 1 week NFL+ allows me to stream games on my Roku TV, the next week I can only stream directly from my phone (but not my tablet). After reading similar bad reviews of this service I am extremely thankful that I only signed up for monthly billing - I will likely cancel this subscription soon.
