Double billed for 5 months. Hard time cancelling. Told they would not give me a refund, even after I sent proof to them that I was charged twice each month. Contacted the Better Business Bureau. After numerous tries to contact NFL.com, the BBB got no response from them. Because of this, my case was closed and NFL.com was placed on some kind of blacklist for 3 years. Totally ridiculous that NFL.com can actually steal money from customers and get away with it!

I got double billed for 5 months. I found out after the hard time of canceling. I wrote to them and got replies of how they would into this. I would wait a few days and reply again to their email with the same results! I sent them copies of my checks/statements of both accounts!!! I got the BBB involved and NFL.com would not reply to them at all!!! BBB closed the case and put them on a list for 3 years so people would know my plight. Lousy company to do business with...stay away from them.

To Anyone who will listen, I AM SHOCKED AT HOW BAD NFL + ACTUALLY IS!!! Evidently the NFL is so large that they use predatory tactics that are actually not legal to give customers the run around with NO FEAR OF REPRISAL! They made it out to look like I could get all live games on my phone tablet or computer, my local team was blacked out (the only reason I wanted it in the first place)...You cannot. When you try to get customer service on the phone to help...you cannot get a live person. I tried to cancel and thought I succeeded only to find out they have been taking money from my account for the last 6 mos. Even though I haven't accessed nfl+ one time they will not give that money back! Instead they put you through a string of automated answers circling around what you are trying to accomplish completely designed to make you give up as you will never get to a live body, and clearly won't get anywhere. I am using the only thing I have...My Voice... to spread the truth about NFL + Sincerely, Disgusted Football Fan

I've tried to cancel this subscription I've sent multiple emails I get nothing this is a joke I've called your so called customers service phone number. Again nothing I want the subscription canceled asap my name is Kevin Pirtle.

Normally I am an absolute die hard football fan. I'm neither a chiefs or Bengals fan but today's game was absolutely terrible. That 3rd down play, the pass interference that really wasn't, the block in the back that wasn't called on the final punt return. The NFL is rigged and the refs proved it tonight. Cincinnati should've won that game or at least be in overtime right now but the NFL wants mahommes as the golden boy of the NFL. This game was such a great game and for it to be decided by a few calls from the officials is absolutely horrible. I've suffered through a life of the refs royally screwing the Detroit lions but this was hard to watch. Might have to reconsider watching the NFL from here on out. Maybe I'll just stick to college football from here on out smh 😢

Unbelievable thievery!!! Absolute Garbage APP, NO SUPPORT, a TOTAL WASTE of my TIME and MONEY with NO SUPPORT RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE IN AN ORGANIZATION THIS LARGE.

This app sucks, every week it will kick me out and say I don't have an account. Don't wast your money, I could deal with all the other negatives if I could just watch the stupid games without issue.
