Very Disappointing Experience with NFHS Network — Poor Customer Service NFHS Network is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. We signed up because we were told we would be able to watch sports from our grandchildren’s school. We wanted to watch them play, especially when their games were held in another town. Unfortunately, we were only able to watch ONE game. We kept trying to watch additional games, but they were never available as promised. Needless to say, this was not the service we expected or paid for. We signed up on August 28, 2026, and requested cancellation on October 1, 2026. When I requested a refund, I received a response from Lydia, a Senior Support Specialist, stating that our annual subscription had been activated on August 28, 2026, and that they do not offer refunds or credits after the first 30 days. September 28, 2026, would have marked 30 days since we signed up. We requested cancellation just three days later, on Oct 1, 2026, yet NFHS Network refused to issue a refund or work with us. I understand that companies have policies, but I believe there should be some flexibility when a customer is dissatisfied with the service and was unable to watch the games they signed up for. What made this experience even worse was the lack of responses to our messages. We were simply trying to watch our grandchildren play sports, and instead we ended up dealing with poor customer service and a company that seemed unwilling to help. I am extremely disappointed in NFHS Network. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think carefully before spending their money. Make sure you understand exactly what games will be available and thoroughly review the refund policy before committing to an annual subscription. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend NFHS Network. VERY disappointing service, POOR communication, and a FRUSTRATING customer experience!

This a total scam, don't fall for it. Horrible videos if you can even find the game they tell you is streaming. Got sent a email to watch my son's varsity football league game that I could not attend and it was a girls flag football game and not even of the right school! You can never talk to anyone and the stupid AI assistant is completely worthless! no phone, no email just says talk to the AI help which is no help at all. Scam!

Watching football feed and half the screen is fuzzy. Ghost images are terrible. Can't seem to run the scoreboard correctly either. These guys are terrible.

These guys are terrible, signed up for a month and end up with a year. Don’t fall for their scam, it’s not worth it. I have been a customer for part of last year, worked fairly well. Cancelled for the summer and reupped my subscription in Aug. of this year. Went to cancel because they changed their format to only allow one school per subscription! Then I find out I accidentally signed up for a year without knowing it. These guys are a scam and don’t even have a phone number that you can call. I wonder why? Hummus

BEWARE. They will charge you for a monthly subscription even after you've cancelled multiple times. This company is dishonest. Now it's time to report to BBB and Consumer Fraud Protection Agency.

Do not give these con artists any financial information a year later after thinking the service is canceled and over I was a rebuild for a second year without any authorization. My child no longer tends to school or is in the sport. They will not reverse the charge they will not answer your emails. They will not cancel your service and they are complete rip off Connors and they need to be federally investigated for their business practices.

."I am writing this to warn other families. In December 2022, I subscribed to NFHS Network from Spain to watch my son play in a state final. He was living in a US family, like spanish exchange student in Tenessee. I never used the account again. Recently, I discovered that I have been charged in credit card, every month for the last three years—nearly $400 in total. Despite NFHS being able to verify that I have had ZERO logins or activity since 2022, they are refusing to refund the money, hiding behind their '30-day policy.' It is ethically wrong to keep money for a service they know for a fact was never delivered. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of empathy and in my opinion and just in this situation their 'unjust enrichment' business model. I am still waiting for a supervisor to reach out and settle this fairly."
