BEWARE!!!!
As I thought, fake reviews probably AI… Be Cautious !!!! My Story, thought this was a good idea after minimal research, also personally imma impulsive decision maker. Called the rep Micheal and explained my ordeal also preface this by understanding I’m driving, the rep made everything sound amazing even after my intense questioning about a hour later I am signing the contract, hence I couldn’t read it because I am driving and the rep knew I was driving he also mentioned it while sending the contract . No mention EVER of the fee {31%}. So we once I was able to do some due diligence on my options, the SAME day I contact the rep and told him I was going to cancel the contract due to finding a better option to move forward, no reply. I go into the contract and go to cancellation policy. It states as long as I cancel before the 27th and first payment everything was fine. So I send a email to the email attached in the contract for cancellation, email doesn’t work, I call back and leave a message then receive a call from Chad’s nice guy but now I must say BASURA(trash). Sadly I talked to Chad for 2 1/2 hours in the next two days catching Chad in lies and proving further why this option was not great for my personal situation. He seemed to agree and also empathize with my situation. I must say now I regret even having the conversation and disclosing personal stories. He assured me because it was so early in the process and nothing had been started I would be withdrew from the program. I again called the next day to ask for what we discussed in writing he then assured me AGAIN because I was not started in the program I would be withdrew. Here it is the 27th and I just happen to look in my account and there is a charge from guess who lol but trick is I took all the money out the attached account with the assumption they would try and pull something like this. Jokes on you no money in the account, now I call and I’m sent to administrative division and the first time they hung up on me then I get call again and the rep tells me she was sent to voicemail by administration and they would have to call me back, I asked for the number and got thru, IMMEDIATELY, just to be told by the admiration they can’t find my account. Ho Sway? You’re charging my account currently and then ask have I talked to STEVE, who TH is Steve and what does that have to do with canceling my account. This Company is a Scam and a Joke. please please please do all of your research on your options to avoid Money Hungry, Scamming individuals like this. For more then 4 hours these reps tried to convince me why this was best every time I said no they had a comeback every time I brought up a different option they shat on it and why it was wrong, luckily I saw thru it and I called them out on a lot even these reviews. I told Chad my option I was gonna explore and he immediately told me no you won’t qualify, you make too much. Didn’t ask me one question about my personal life didn’t even know what state I lived in or the median of the state. I laughed and called him out he’s a joke this company is a joke BEWAREEEEE !!!

Hi Delonte, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear about your frustration, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it. First, let us be absolutely clear: We are not a scam. National Fidelity Financial is a legitimate business that has helped thousands of clients resolve their debts and achieve lasting financial relief. We’re proud of the important work we do for people facing financial challenges. In your situation, there was an administrative mistake. Although you asked to cancel soon after enrolling, your request was not properly processed in our system, which resulted in an attempted charge that should not have happened. We sincerely apologize for that error. It was an honest mistake—not intentional—and we take full responsibility for correcting it. Regarding the enrollment conversation: our representatives are trained to be clear and thorough about all program details, including fees and terms. It’s always our goal to ensure clients understand exactly what they’re signing up for. We understand that you were driving at the time and that may have made reviewing the agreement more difficult. Our intent is never to rush anyone, but to help them make fully informed decisions about their options. We truly appreciate your feedback. It helps us improve our processes so we can avoid mistakes like this in the future and ensure every client receives the level of service they deserve. We would welcome the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to our management team directly at [email protected] so we can address any remaining concerns.
