Working in a customer support company, phone calls take up a big part of the day. We brought in Voice AI from Neyox to help with everyday tasks like follow-ups, reminders, and answering common questions. I was genuinely surprised at how natural the voice sounded — most people didn’t even realise they were talking to AI unless the conversation went into something unusual. It was easy to get started. We just made a few adjustments so the way it spoke matched our usual style, and it was ready to go. For routine calls, it works quietly in the background, taking care of things without needing constant attention. Of course, we still handle the more personal or sensitive conversations ourselves, but having the AI manage the simpler ones has freed us up to focus on the people who need more time and care. It’s made the workday a little lighter and the team a lot more efficient.

We’ve been using Voice AI services in our real estate business for several months now, and the results have been outstanding. The AI speaks in a natural, friendly tone that feels welcoming to potential buyers and sellers — an important factor when building trust in property dealings. Many clients don’t even realise they’re speaking to AI, and conversations flow smoothly. Getting started was quick and simple. The onboarding process was clear, and integration with our CRM was seamless. We customised the scripts to match our communication style and address real estate-specific questions, so it now feels like an extension of our sales team. In daily operations, the AI handles property enquiry follow-ups, schedules viewing appointments, qualifies leads by gathering details like budget and location preference, and answers common questions about listings. Since it runs 24/7, we’re able to respond to interest from potential clients even after office hours.

We integrated Neyox.ai’s Voicegen Agents into our insurance business, and the impact has been exceptional. The AI handles outbound calls to potential clients, qualifies leads by gathering essential information like coverage needs and timelines, and seamlessly hands over warm leads to our sales team. It's like having a tireless agent working 24/7 — capturing and nurturing leads even when our office is closed. The onboarding process was quick, and Neyox’s support has been reliable. We've significantly increased our outreach while keeping costs in check. Highly recommended for insurance agencies aiming to automate lead gen and boost conversions.

Smart, Scalable Lead Generation for Loan Services We've been using Neyox.ai’s Voice AI Agents for our loan business, and the results have been impressive. The AI handles lead generation calls efficiently — qualifying prospects, collecting key information, and passing on warm leads to our team. It runs 24/7, which means we’re capturing opportunities even outside business hours. Setup was fast, and the support team has been responsive when needed. It’s helped us scale outreach without scaling costs. A smart investment for any loan business looking to automate and grow.
