I have tried a lot of Hosting Providers over the years, and with web hosting and VPS services, Nexus Bytes is the best.

Happy to be part of the NexusBytes family, they have the best support in the whole hosting community period! Jay goes up and beyond to fulfill your needs, and that is only on support. Before buying I tried their chat and got a reply immediately which is what I wanted, most other services say they have 24/7 chat support but we all know that's not true, "hello hostica's 2 hours chat reply times". I have raised a couple of tickets since purchasing a VPS and all got resolved promptly "way better than other hosting suppliers and their scripted replies that drive me mad, here I'm actually talking to a person". Quality of service is amazing and the prices are great, this is one service I don't regret having!

Mario, Thank you for trusting us with business and choosing us as your webhosting partner :). While our live chat is limited to presales inquiry, our help desk is always accessible, 24/7 and we do take pride in prompt resolution :). We are happy to have amazing family members such as yourself, who continues to support us and showers us with their love and kindness :).

Jay and their team are very professional, super friendly and resolve issue via chat and ticket very promptly almost instant, they really care for their client as is family like run business, will highly recommend 10 stars! Thanks alot Jay for your professionalism and awesome support, your product & services is unparalleled 2nd to none, Top in industry! Good services. Just a bit annoying with all that "family" vibe. I don't like when business pretend to be friendly. Where is money - there is no friendship. I like professional and fast services. From Nexus so far I received good support and fast server. That's it.

Roman, Thank you for your honest feedback and we appreciate having you here :). Being a small independent company, we put our best effort to make everyone feel at home. Glad to read that you are satisfied with your service with us. Thank you once again :).

I have a VPS server with Nexus Bytes LLC for some time now and the uptime is 100% and stable. You are treated as part of the family and not just a customer. I would also like to add that the support is great too, no waiting for days to get an answer to any questions/help you may need.
Response from NAApr 19, 2020
Troy, Thank you so much for your kind review and thank you so much for your being a part of the family. We appreciate having you and your business :)

No frills! I ordered a Storage VPS and needed help multiple times. The guy who helped me was super awesome, chill and helpful. The prices are very competitive and the service I'm getting is great. I'd love for the VPS to have internal networking but for now this is great. I would say, keep up the good work.

Rushil, Thank you so much for the kind words and thank you for being a member of the family. We appreciate the feedback regarding internal networking and hope to make that available sometimes early next year across all our locations :)
