Pour le service de l’aéroport à l’hôtel c’était parfait. Nous étions le seul couple à aller à Bayahibe. Les gens à l’aéroport ont été très gentils et aidant. Nous étions le seul couple qui prenait le shuttle pour retourner à l’aéroport et le gars de nexus n’a même pas vérifier cette information, nous aurions apprécié partir 1 heure plus tard, mais ça lui tentait pas c’était évident !

Ich habe Ware bestellt die ich dann storniert habe und die dann auch zurückgeschickt wurde dies wurde mir auch von einem Mitarbeiter aber der mir von einer anderen E-Mail geschrieben hatte bestätigt. Hier ein Ausschnitt: Hi Daniel, besten Dank, die Retoure ist angekommen - ich konnte nun identifizieren, welches Dein Paket war. Die haben nämlich einen Aufkleber direkt auf den Absender geklebt. Nun, das war jetzt nicht so das Problem, vielmehr aber, dass das Paket links aufgerissen war und nun nur noch der große Sticker sich darin befindet. Ich würde das jetzt mit DHL klären, denn immerhin war es versichert. Du musst natürlich nicht warten, bis wir das geklärt haben - das Geld erstatte ich vorher. Magst Du mir nur kurz helfen, welche Produkte sich darin befunden haben? Bzw. was retourniert wurde? Sollen wir das per Gutschein erstatten oder via Überweisung? Übrigens haben wir jetzt auch ein Schild an der Nürnberger-Adresse, künftig sollte alles ankommen, der erste Paketbote hat es schon gelernt. :) Tut mir leid für die Umstände! Danke! Ich würde davon abraten dort etwas zu bestellen und zu stornieren, denn die behalten einfach euer Geld!!!!!

Ismael booked my transfers because Shared transfers were included from my hotel.He said I might have to wait 1-2 hours at the airport unless I upgraded to private and quoted me $167. I booked it online line for $45. He said return transfers are always private and I should choose the time. I chose 3pm for a 5:30 flight. He lied. It was a shared transfer but okay. The transfer info was emailed with instructions to confirm & was Scheduled at 2:30. Fine. But the confirmation link was broken and Nexus did not respond to 3 WhatsApp communications I sent. I have screenshots of all the above. Jorge, at Royalton was unpleasant and unhelpful. He said he just does excursions. So, I tried on line and WhatsApp again without success. Next day, I spoke to Katarina at the hotel and explained the problem. She said it was good I checked bc the information in my reservation was wrong. She told me to wait a hour or more and check back. When I did, she said I missed the transfer. It was scheduled at 12:45pm (for a 5:30pm flight). Ridiculous! She also blamed me saying I should have confirmed it 24 hours ahead, which, obviously , I tried to do. I ended up taking a taxi and spending $85 out of pocket. You do not need this kind of treatment and stress. Do not do business with them! Amstar and Lomas are better choices in Cancun. Royalton would be wise to sever their relationship with Nexus! One star is too high for this company. They will ruin your vacation!

Einfach nicht bestellen!

Ich warte jetz seit knapp einen Monat auf eine Antwort auf meine mindestens schon 19 E-Mails aber nicht mal irgendwas ist zurückgekommen, weder Atwort,Geld oder die Lieferung(6430) vom 28.5.25!! also lieber Aufpassen und nichts mehr Bestellen dort! Hatte zuvor schon einmal Bestellt ohne Probleme!

Bitte nicht bestellen! Hier werdet ihr gescamt. Ich warte seit 4. Juni auf meine Rückerstattung. Diese wurde an diesem Tag angeblich veranlasst, laut Email. Auf Nachfragen per Email bekomme ich keine Antwort. Ich habe mehrere Kontaktversuche unternommen. Lasst es einfach!

Ware wurde angeblich im Briefkasten hinterlassen.als ich um Erklärung bat wurde mir direkt mit der Polizei gedroht.sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich.bis jetzt (nach 1monat) keine Antwort,keine Ware und kein Geld zurück!!!
