Inconsistent Service, Deceptive Practices
I paid $2,028 for a 12-month supply of compounded Tirzepatide, shipped quarterly. The first shipment was on time. The second shipment never arrived and I spent hours messaging, emailing , and on the phone trying to unfuck my order. Despite having paid in advance 100% of the 12-month cost, they insisted they would not ship without a valid credit card on file. Two problems: 1. I HAD a valid credit card on file. Must have to get the first shipment. 2. There is NO PLACE in my inline account to update credit card information. Starting to feel pretty shady, After providing my credit card over the phone, they called back the next day and insisted they needed my Social Security Number. BS! Now it has moved firmly into scam territory. NO ONE needs my SSAN to ship medication. Considering 100% avoiding this business. There are plenty of reputable places to get GLP-1.
