I ordered a few items and was happy with them. Two subsequent orders had items that appeared a bit tacky. I have been trying to return them, however, instead of sending a return label the company offers me a ten dollar coupon on next purchase and then a ninety dollar coupon. They even suggested that if I didn’t like the pieces that I give them as gifts to friends. I doubt that this company will ever let me return the items so I will no longer be doing any business with them.

HORRIBLE customer service. I wanted to return the earrings I purchased. First they offered me $20 to keep them. No I paid $95. Then they never returned my email I sent letting them know I wanted full refund. The earrings were very cheap looking and thin metal. They did not look even close to real which is the reason you buy them. I will NEVER purchase from them. They say easy returns. Do not believe that. The only way to get a return label is to chat with a rep on their website. You then have to email them the tracking number of the package when you return it. They make it so complicated they hope you give up. I do not recommend this vendor - avoid.

I did not like the quality of the last earring I received. It is extremely thin and not worth the price I paid.

I ordered a necklace & earrings from this company never received the order. I paid $238.00 no jewelry and no returning my emails. It’s a SCAM!!

Got 2 fantastic rings from next necklace opal and sapphire. I bought the necklace to match ,well there was no opal only a dull milky white stone ( if it was a stone) I have sent them complaint 3 days ago and no response 😕

I read the description and therefore did not expect genuine gold or genuine diamonds however I paid $119.95 USD and did expect it to be well made. The ring that I received sits high on my finger and catches on everything. The colour of the Gold coating is so orange gold that it looks like a bubblegum toy ring. For $119.95 USD it is a rip off price. Won’t be purchasing from this site ever again. I’d like to add a photo but this site doesn’t allow it.

Be aware, these people do not accept returns, ever. It is impossible.

It's a scam. Their jewelry is soooooo cheaply made. The metal starts deteriorating and making your finger green VERY quickly.
