Products wonderful but does not come as fast as you indicate

I wasn't sure if my order went through. I paid with Paypal and it cleared the screen before I could get a screen shot for my records. In fact, I emailed you for confirmation of my order. Usually, when ordering I get some type of confirmation and I did not.

For the most part, the stones and settings are exactly as pictured. I would like to see you offer 16 inch necklaces as some of the necklaces do not lay properly so as to display the stones face up with the 17 inch necklaces. I am considering taking one to a jeweler to shorten it but that might cost as much as I paid for the necklace. This is a design issue that doesn't directly reflect on Nextnecklace.com. Your prices are the LOWEST in the industry and your quality is quite high. Your selection is also quite extensive.I have purchased 1 ring, 1 bracelet and 2 necklaces and 3 more on the way from Nextnecklace.com and I am fully satisfied with them. I especially appreciate the LOVELY packaging they come in.

It is difficult to find your website separate from Facebook. I don’t like ordering through Facebook because not all their sites are trustworthy. I find yours is but still don’t want to go through Facebook to get to you. I love your jewelry. Especially the opals I ordered. I do hope that the opals are as beautiful in person as they are in pictures.

I just placed an order 15 minutes ago. There wase a code for 10% off. When i was checking out I put the TAKE10 code in but did not change my total. I sent an email over and have not heard back. My order # 000101346. Thanks for your attention

Everything seemed to go smoothly but I just ordered my ring today so of course I have not received it yet. The only thing negative I can say about the ordering process was that I did not receive a confirmation email about my order and I have to be honest and say it makes me feel a little weary about ordering from this company for that reason. There’s nothing stating that I ordered something. The products that I saw on the website are absolutely gorgeous. The yellow sapphire is just so different than anything else I’ve ever seen before. It’s gorgeous and I can’t wait to get my ring.

I love your product, however your stone bracelets with the clasp that requires an under snap.. tennis bracelets, needs to be redesigned. I have had to put a magnet closure. Two of my bracelets where continuously falling off. Also I would love to have clip earring selection But other wise your product is great
