He’s raw, unfiltered, and completely organic in his delivery. When CJ gives feedback, he does it purposefully—there’s no sugarcoating, just straight, actionable advice that pushes you to improve. His authenticity and passion for your success shine through in every word. You know that when CJ speaks, he’s giving you the real deal, and that kind of honesty is priceless. Coach Krump is the witty, high-energy sparkplug of the team. His magnetic charisma instantly puts you at ease while keeping you fired up. If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback to take the mastermind to the next level, it would be to consider implementing an interactive icebreaker activity at the start of the event. This would give attendees a chance to introduce themselves and get to know one another, helping to ease the jitters for those who come into the program not knowing anyone or feeling a bit disconnected. It’s a small tweak that could make an already incredible experience even more welcoming and impactful. Cancun wasn’t just about the location (though, let’s be honest, the backdrop and nice weather didn’t hurt!). It was about growth, breakthroughs, and saying YES to the next level in every way. If you’re serious about becoming the best version of yourself and making an impact with your message, this academy is where you need to be. I walked away from Cancun with more than strategies—I left with clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of purpose. This community is sooooo good I almost wanted to keep it to myself and not leave this review! Lol Thank God He’s working on me to rid myself of a scarcity mindset that I’ve had for way too long up until now. NLSA is a loving, authentic and professional community of powerhouse speakers that give their all to make us powerhouse speakers as well.
