paying for "exclusive" leads that are already marked as dnc in our system, since they have been sold to my agency a few months prior. Calling "exclusive" leads that complain about bombardment, so how exclusive are they? This isn't one or two leads, this is a problem with most if not all of the leads purchased lately. A few years back, exclusive meant exclusive, but not anymore. Prices are up, productivity is down.

I got 8 leads. 2 has disconnected numbers 3 cussed me out because they have had insurance for years 3 never answer or reply from email or text

I wish I could give Negative stars. I have been in the insurance business for over 25 years. This is the worst lead company I have ever worked with. I will be surprised if your in business next year. Terrible!!!!!

majority of leads are disconnected numbers, wrong numbers, or don't fall within the filters that are set - very frustrating!!!

I found their leads to be of no value. I could not contact the individuals or they did not meet preset conditions.

So many bad numbers and the leads are very expensive. I have not gotten a return on investment using nextgen
