The Nextep support line is great
The Nextep support line is great, and when i email for support that is also great. My questions are answered and quick training from suppoet makes my day go smoothly. I am sorry i do not know the gentlemen last name but i refer to him as Mike, he has been a great help with. He has helped me with so much including making my menu easier to change. I usually just email Mike because I know the job will get done. The only issues I have had is when you systems go down and my system freezes. Also if i email Nextep support they do not really know how my menu is running so they change things to make easier for them to work but I do not get informed of changes they made. That is usually why I always email Mike. Other issues are with changing closing times and opening times. It goes back to emailing Nextep support and the job doesnt get done.
