I was working with NextCom Automation for several months. They are a fake organization that stole inventory from me, didn't ship products from my Amazon or TikTok stores, causing Amazon and TikTok to shut down my shops and forbid me from setting up new stores. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. They approved the refund after sending them a detailed WhatsApp chat messages; they determined NextCom was a fraud.

Same as most recent post. I have been with them for a year now. They started off well, excellent communication and promised the world. Showed facts and figures and had guarantees in a "contract." They started a TikTok, Amazon, and Etsy. They sold illegal items, which I paid for on Amazon that gone banned, Etsy sold a few products and here and there, and TikTok sells items from Amazon. After a few months, nothing happen until I find out that "Nextcom" sold my account and was picked up by another company. So, the Amazon contract didn't stand and I am out thousands of dollars. Right now, another company took over my account. I am skeptical about them as well. While my TikTok has picked up some, I am still nowhere near breaking even. Stay away from this company.

When I first started out with this company it was a wonderful experience and they were very responsible to my questions and providing information. However, as time progressed, they stopped by responsive and responding to my requests for information. Also, the only way that we were able to communicate was Whets App which was slightly odd. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience and, in my opinion, this is a scam. While I have made some sales on both my Etsy and Ticktock but not the amount of sales I was lead to believe I could. Do not give them your money.

Terrible company. They communicate via WhatsApp. They take payments via Payeer and make promises of 100 product listing in 30 days. I have been with them 3 months and they only list 10 customizable products and only have 2 sales. Changing all passwords. Red flags everywhere. You have been warned ⚠️ anything else you see is not right. Heed with caution ⚠️ I cut off access today.

I used them for Etsy and tik tok. Im 5 months in and have basically made nothing. I've sold 5 items on Etsy and tik tok I sell maybe 20 a month, that they fulfill using amazon prime with very little margin. I was promised items with influencers, that was a lie. Their projections are laughable how much of a lie they are. Now they tell me I need to open a Shopify to get results, or run ads. Neither was any part of what I signed up for. Update: my tik tok has been permanently deactivated due to violations.

Everyone beware, this is a scam company. Everything has been created this year 2024, webpage is brand new, instagram is brand new and it's followers are not real, you can also see that by yourself, all the reviews in Trustpilot are also new. Their address doesn't exist, if you go to google street view you'll notice is somewhere else. I didn't pay them anything, but I just wanted to post this message to avoid someone will.
