No hassles with my first payout. Took 3k from 150k sim-funded account using ACH with zero friction. Communication with Nexgen was fast and reliable. When I inquired about initiating a payment request, I received prompt and thorough attention from start to finish. Highly recommended! UPDATE ON 4-23-2026 Received second batch of payouts on four additional accounts today. Requested payouts on 22 Apr at 4:07 PM and received approval at 4:12 PM -- 5 minutes later. Funds posted to my account at 12:03 AM that night. I've taken payouts from TakeProfitTrader and TopStep but they were never processed anywhere near this fast. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it myself.

Nexgen (up until Today) was one of my favorite props. Last week I made the fatal mistake for trading during the news, they quickly informed me that i traded during and I lost both of my funded accounts because of it due to copy Trading . It wasn't intentional on my part and I should have did a better job of paying attention to whether it was news going on so that's my fault I paid the price for my mistake. Moving to today next gen allow people over the last 48 hours to purchase live accounts for the discounted price of 90% off at some point in time this morning they decided to remove all those accounts that people purchased and refund people for the purchases of those discounted accounts (kudos to them). Here's my issue? When we as Traders make mistakes whether it was intentional or not they penalized by taking our accounts so why is it when next gen makes mistakes why do you take back or not own up to your mistake. Owning up to your mistake is not taking back what you gave , only up to your mistake is allowing those that spent their hard earned money to keep what they had and just put a block on it so no one else can purchase those type of accounts that's taking ownership of your mistake. Like I said earlier, i'm grateful for the refund but I would have rather just have been left alone with the accounts I purchased that would have been the honorable thing to do (in my opinion) it's called paying for your mistakes! As a prop firm, what you could & should have done was allow those who purchased to keep the discounted accounts(and NEXGEN just eats their mistake just as us traders would have to). That in my opinion would have shown a lot of people who really don't pay any attention to NextGen or exactly what type of prop problem you guys really are that you really look out for your customers even in the midst of your making a mistake and that would have went a long way but unfortunately All that shows is that y'all can make mistakes without repercussion but retail traders can't. Like I said, I'm not bashing nexgen, I've been buying accounts from them because I really like the firm but today 4/13/26 left a really sour taste in my mouth. This may not be a popular opinion but it's mine, if you're going to hold retail traders to a standard of paying for the mistakes we make and hold yourself as a prop firm to the same standards. I guess it was easier to reimburse everybody their money for the purchases of those accounts then to go forward and see if any other people that purchased them could actually profit from them something tells me the way to Market has been moving you wouldn't have lost that much more money by allowing people to keep them accounts, if anything you might have made more because people would have purchased more and bought more.

Verry fair support. i have been unable to connect sierra chart with cqg order routing to my Nexgen account. So i asked for a refund and became that in a matter of a few minutes. Many thanks !

I’ve had a great experience with Nexgen Pro Trading so far. At first, the platform can feel a bit daunting, but once you get into the rhythm of how they operate, I would definitely rank them among the top prop firms. One of the biggest advantages is their fast payouts, typically within a day or two. There’s also no profit split once you’re eligible for payouts, which is a major benefit compared to many other firms. Another standout aspect is that decisions are made by real people, not just automated systems. I’ve personally received four payouts, and in one situation where I could have been denied, they instead gave me a warning and clearly explained what rule I had violated. That level of transparency and fairness goes a long way. Their team is very responsive, and they also offer an automated systems room for their software, which is a great resource. Additionally, their Discord community is open and helpful—anyone can join and learn, which adds a lot of value for traders looking to improve. That said, like all prop firms, there are a couple of “catches” to be aware of: The trailing drawdown continues until it is effectively doubled, meaning the initial portion of profits is somewhat restricted. However, once that threshold is passed, there is no profit split, so everything beyond that is yours. In my view, this is fair since they are providing the capital. The second is their strict rule around trading during red flag news events. They do a good job of notifying traders to be flat during these times, but if you don’t comply, it’s considered a violation and can result in account closure. While strict, I see this as a deterrent to risky behavior—trading news is generally not a sustainable long-term strategy anyway. Overall, Nexgen Pro Trading has been a positive experience for me. They are fair, transparent, and supportive, and I would recommend them to traders who are serious about developing discipline and consistency.

Great propfirm! A great experience overall with all the promotions running it's a great way to start a journey on the prop firm industry. Support always good! John really supported during the payout request, although it was late for him. My payout took 5 working days to arrive because I requested ACH, and it was the standard process. Looking forward to continue my trading with Nexgen.
