Customer Order Number: 200012734626399 Reason for Contact: Where is my order Item name/number: Green Mountain McCafe K-Cup Premium Roast Coffee - Medium - 24/Box 8037/18168231411/27/24

I had ordered a panda bear that had three baby pandas. The panda bear did finally get here but it didn’t come with the three baby pandas. I have called and spoken with a man who said he was sending the other pandas. That was more than two weeks ago and still no order. The only reason I ordered that panda was because of the three little baby pandas. It’s for a little girl that I take care of so she is going to be so disappointed if they do not get it here. I’m very skeptical of this company. If I do receive the other pandas, which I’m not sure that will ever happen, I will update this review.

Unfortunately I was scammed! No response and no way you can find a contact number working. I just heard around social media that the owner is a Pakistani person and no one knows who he is. Impossible to understand. How they feel when they sit down and while sleeping with tens of people they scammed. I lost all my money; hope no more people get trapped.. (I chose a date below when I completely understand I was scammed)

be careful guys they are Pakistani scammers they don't have any products, and after every month they create new websites, and they don't even refund your money just be careful

My experience with NexGenics Wholesale INC was a complete disaster. I paid for a product, but it was never delivered. They ignored my attempts to contact them. Avoid this wholesaler at all costs to save your money and frustration.
