Dishonest Pricing and Last-Minute Upcharges
I strongly advise caution when dealing with Nexgen Auto Transport LLC. At first, they offered an attractive low quote to win my business, which seemed like a good deal. However, after I agreed and paid the required upfront deposit, things quickly took a turn. Just one day before the scheduled pickup, they contacted me with a completely different story — suddenly the original price was no longer valid, and they demanded more than **double** the initial quote. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is dishonest and unacceptable. If you're looking for a company that values transparency and integrity, I suggest looking elsewhere. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing.

Dear Clerisson, We are writing to formally address the review you left regarding an experience that, upon investigation and our recent phone conversation, we confirmed did not involve Nexgen Auto Transport LLC. It appears there has been a clear mix-up, as the situation you described, including the bait-and-switch pricing and last-minute cost increase, does not reflect our business practices, nor have we found any record of you booking with our company. At Nexgen Auto Transport, we pride ourselves on transparent pricing, ethical conduct, and clear communication throughout the shipping process. We never engage in misleading tactics or request sudden price changes after a quote is confirmed. While we understand your frustration with the company you actually dealt with, it is unfair and misleading to direct that complaint toward our business. Negative reviews based on incorrect information can significantly harm companies that are not at fault. We respectfully ask that you remove or update your review to reflect the correct company involved in your experience. If you still have any confusion about who you booked with, we’d be more than happy to assist you further and help clarify the details. Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to clear this up.
