I have lost 30 pounds in 4 months since using this. It’s different than the Ozempic because you can still eat just not as much. The only thing i don’t like about it, is that, it has made me a brain foggy. That is a side effect of this. It has affected my work. The only thing I would suggest for it is to at least give instructions for people to start using it. Because that’s probably why it affected me the way it did. I just kept increasing and increasing every week so my body didn’t get used to it and now I’m having to suffer from that, but it does work.

So far so good. I have 3 of us taking tirzepatide and it’s helping us all. I also purchase the Klow here and my skin is starting to feel better and younger.its helping my Recovery from gym too. I was worried when they were delivered and it wasn’t on ice but they still worked fine. I freeze all power that’s not gonna be reconstituted yet and refrigerate the ones I’ve put bac water in. Awesome products for the price. I would’ve given 5 stars if they were sent on ice.

No return address, paid for 2 day & got in 5 days, not package with cold pak, no bottle label. Other than this, is first order will report the validity of product outcome, product was clear and vacuum solid, would be nice to have been given mix syringe and BAC water availability. Hoping more of the other products become available soon! I will order again pricing is good. :)
