Absolutely terrible customer service, zero interest in being helpful, would suggest getting someone new in the customer service department

Terrible company sells fake product, I do not recommend ordering from these guys despite the “good reviews” bought the 12 mg 10 kit Reta and every vial was junk sent them into janoshik myself and the COA was downright hideous 70% purity and only 9 mg 🤣 I tried to explain in the telegram but got banned

I’ve been on trizepatide 20mg for 4 months no weight loss I was buying from amble and lost 40lbs in 3 months but nothing from this company must be fake I feel absolutely nothing.

I can't believe this place gets the great reviews it does. They must be fake. I ordered from this place in a group buy. We should have listened to all the bad reviews prior to ordering. There was 5 of us in a group buy. We reached out to NEXAPH and spoke with this individual "Cain". They assured us NEXAPH was legit and they had 99% pure products. We also went on telegram where Cain and NEXAPH have a huge presence. Cain from NEXAPH is all over TELEGRAM talking about NEXAPHA testing and how to use and mix their products. We downloaded all of that for our complaint with the FDA Investigative Division and all of our emails with CAIN, not to mention NEXAPH ficticious LLC out of Wyoming. We ordered $1000 worth of NEXAPH Retatrutide. The order came and we all started using the product. Long story short, the Retatrtide was garbage. It didn't even work. We reached out to Cain to explain what was going on and he told us we are the only ones complaining and eveyone else using it was getting great results. He refused to give us a refund,or change it out. After a few emails he completly blocked us. We decided to send it out for testing and not only was it not 99% pure, it was. 97% pure and under dosed by 12mg. We were told about FINNRICK a free online testing and we looked NEXAPH up there. They got horrible rankings. Look for yourself. Take it for what it is worth. Stay away from Cain and NEXAPH they are cons. You may say these products are for research only and we can"t cpmplain to the Investigative division of the FDA. WRONG.. They assured us we were in no trouble and were very eager to see how we ordered, the confirmation and shipping details, all the emails, how we paid and all the telegram chats. NEXAPH, you should have worked with us on an exchange. Oh well.

I’ve tried two other companies where the Reta worked great. With the cost being so high I decided to bulk buy a 10 pack. Well, unfortunately it doesn’t work. I’m not having any appetite suppression or weight loss with this product. I feel they’re either selling fake or ineffective Reta. Don’t buy from here as you can’t trust the quality or efficacy.

Bunk Products. Although Jinoshik and their Third Party tests show high purity, that does not mean the peptide is what you ordered, only that it is chemically consistent, not the active formula. I've orderd two kits from them, both were useless and showed no effect. Save your money and time, many others report the same thing.
