We were very happy with NewYorkStay.com's handling of every inquiry we made regarding our stay in new York. The accommodation was great and even though there was a problem, their professional handling of the situation ensured that it was rectified in a timely manner. Just the fact that we were able to contact them and get a response so quickly was comforting. I have highly recommended NewYorkStay.com to many of my colleagues.

Having the freedom of your own place is a great feeling when exploring New York. It was our first time to the city and after a week of visiting all the sites we didn't want to leave. The staff at NewYorkStay also made our life much eaiser. I was worried that we wouldn't have the same access to tourist info by being in an apartment but the online help system meant that advice was literally one click away. Melissa gave us some fantasitc advice about things to do and places to eat. In fact, her recommendation for a lunch spot was easily the best lunch we had while in NY. Absolutely thrilled with this service and I know that if I ever return to New York I will be using NewYorkStay to find my accommodation!

New York Stay website was an easy way to find the ideal accomodation. I always received quick responses from the 24 hour team. The booking system was a very easy process. Contact with both New York Stay and property manager was re-assuring. I received many emails with info on the apartment and info on the city. The personal touch of going back and forth with Melissa made it so much easier. Payment was secure. Had the best trip to New York thanks to all to then above

We decided to book an apartment for our extended stay in New York. It was just the best thing we did as we had heaps of room. Our apartment was new, clean and reasonably priced for the size - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. The staff at New York Stay were extremely helpful and very trustworthy. To be honest I was a little reluctant to send large amounts of money to a company I had not heard of in another country. I will be using them for our next visit to New York.

My experience dealing with New york Stay was excellent from start to finish. The booking process was simple and the apartment was exactly as advertised . Even when the number of people in my group changed 2 weeks after booking, the customer service support team were very efficient and friendly in helping me book a bigger place without any problems. I will certainly use the site again and recommend it to my friends.

The accommodation was what it looked like on the web photos and how it was exactly how it was described. The position was perfect. The accommodation was stunning. Satisfied customer!

Through NewYorkStay.com I found a temporarily apartment as I moved to NYC. The apartment was very nice and at affordable prices. Since the apartment search in NYC is unpredictable, I had to extend my stay in the temporarily place twice and every time Melissa helped me out to contact the owner and to make it possible. Without Melissa's help, I'd have been lost! I will recommend NewYorkStay.com to all my friends who come to visit NYC and don't want to spend too much money for tiny hotel rooms.
