Just a quick message to say we had a ball staying in the property "3 Bedroom Loft in Downtown - Key 666" which we booked through yourselves. We booked with you guys after getting excellent customer service attention on your live ask question help desk which was fantastic and on the phone with your very friendly and talkative Chandra who talked us through the booking process while on the phone. On arrival, all went as planned, the host was wonderful and is such a cool guy, showed us the ropes and told us all about the local area and places to visit in Chinatown/Lower East Side and all around Allen Street and Forsyth Street where we were staying. The apartment (ID 666) on your site is simply perfect for a small group or a few couples like ourselves. Location is perfect, roof terrace had fantastic views but to cold at this time of year to really enjoy, but we got some excellent photos from it. Decor in the apartment was amazing, real own world charm (some folk may hate). Beds very comfortable and both bathroom modern and clean. All in all an excellent stay. Would highly recommend it to others. Michael Smith Dublin Ireland

We were extremely happy with our experience with New York Stay Apartments. Prior to the final reservation, Chandra was extremely helpful offering us a variety of options and doing a significant amount of research to find and recommend the right apartment for us. In the end, we booked a charming and interesting apartment in the Lower East Side in easy walking distance to subways, Orchard Street, Chinatown, Little Italy and a huge range of restaurants, bars, cafes, and other places of interest. Everything worked perfectly for us! The owner of the apartment was a great host. The arrival process went without a hitch. We were met by Marlon who let us in and gave us the run-down on the apartment. The apartment was perfect. We really enjoyed the unique and interesting decor. We were completely comfortable there and have no complaints whatsoever. We had a couple of issues with the internet but the owner responded promptly to our emails and did everything he could to resolve the problems. It turned out to be a perfect place to stay in New York where we could celebrate our daughter’s 30th birthday. She and her two friends who stayed with us absolutely loved the apartment. They all loved the location location too. We were delighted with everything. The service offered by New York Stays was just fantastic. Next time we come to New York, they will be the first people we contact to arrange accommodation.

I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and politeness given by NewYorkStay.com's staff. I recently used NewYorkStay to book an apartment for a business trip and I wanted to ask a few pre-purchase questions and the customer support was perfect and sorted all of my questions straight away with honest and polite answers. Absolutely perfect, I'll definitely be using NewYorkStay again and recommending them to my friends and colleagues. The apartment was just lovely too, beautifully painted and maintained. Just beautiful. I don't regret using NewYorkStay for my apartment, not one bit. Our key-holder was extremely friendly and we had a lovely talk before I settled in to the apartment. I highly recommend them.

NewYorkStay.com is an extremely effective way of booking an apartment for a trip, the site is well laid out and easy to navigate through to choose the variables for our apartment. I'm extremely pleased with the service I was offered and I thought it was extremely professional! Everything worked out well and I would definitely use them in the near future for the next time I need an apartment to stay at in New York. I stayed there for an extended weekend and I just loved the apartment, it was so clean and fresh and it even smelled great. I've recommended this to a few of my business colleagues too.

Booking from Overseas can be a little nervy but NewYorkStay were fantastic with wonderful communication between them, the owner and myself. The place we stayed was amazing and we will definitely be staying there again when we come back in the near future. This is a brilliant service and easy to search for many different properties in New York City. I would highly recommend this company.

Our experience with New York Stay was excellent. Could not have been a better experience. The agents we talked with really knew what they were doing and catered to out exact needs. The rooms we had were Clean, spacious and beautifully designed. I am so happy i chose them to help! I’d have no hesitation in using New York Stay again in the future. I have told all my friends and this is a truly spectacular company.

everything was good, the owner of this flat was kindly and always at disposition, despite we arrived just few hours before sandy storm passed. The appartament is small but very nice and comfortable, the bed can be raised so you can have more space available, but we preferred to leave it down, the appartament still pretty spacious! is in the heart of chelsea, just 200 meters from subway and Chelsea market! Also the NewYorkStay agency was very professional and we felt very well to had booked with them!!!
