Oils are great and sad to see one of my best sellers was discontinued. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. None of my attempts to reach out via email or Instagram have been responded to.

Scents are out of stock often, and I paid for a 1oz scent per month and never received them. It would be nice to have sales, discounts, or coupon codes. However, I must say that the scents are definitely top tier, strong (not overwhelming) in candles, soaps, body & bath products.

I love the fragrance oils! The only problem is they go out of stock frequently and stay out of stock for long periods of time. Can't really count on them when you need them unfortunately. Shipping also takes long than my other suppliers.

I did inquire on website and on Facebook about my order and never received a reply. Customer service not your strong suit. I did finally receive my order timely. The bottles are in plastic ones, so I changed them to glass so they keep longer.other than that whether I purchase again from your company is questionable at this time.

This is my first time ordering from New York Scents. They have a great selection and the prices are very reasonable. I really can’t comment on the product as of yet. They have a processing time and I’m still waiting for my order to be shipped. I made my order some time last week, when I looked at my account my order will still be in processing for about another week before shipment. This is the only thing that is keeping this company from becoming a great company.

The service and shipping was great but the scent itself is a NO for me. I tried their Palo Santo because my other supplier stopped carrying it and I was expecting more of the creamy, woody scent but it has a menthol/chemical note that is very off putting. I would suggest you make a small tester batch with this scent to see if it’ll work for you before going all out like I did.

The scents are okay. Immediately after I ordered I reached out because I wanted to add one more item to my order and was willing to pay for it. She said she would look into it but then stopped responding to the email. Customer service could be better.

I have always had a great experience with this company. Not sure what the issue was with this order, but it took a whole week before it shipped, and then another four days before my order is scheduled for delivery. I still haven't received my order that was placed on the 3rd. It is unusual to wait this long for my orders. I have always been very pleased with the items purchased, and I am sure that will be the case once I receive this order as well.
