As a husband and wife team during the holidays and black Friday sales, I’d say we’re doing pretty darn good at shipping out within 1 week. The website explains this which you have to agree to in order to check out. To expect faster shipping than what we’ve already told you, without contacting us, is completely unreasonable.

I have yet to receive my order or receive any sort of email regarding it. I even sent a message to customer service asking when it might be shipped and got no response.

When you check out, it explains that it can take a week and the website does give the number of days we’re shipping from. Also, I just checked everywhere I can think of and I have had no emails, phone calls, account or social media messages that I can find from you regarding your order. When the order ships a tracking number is always sent. Always. We’re a husband and wife team - not Amazon or a big company - and sometimes it just takes us longer and we ask our customers to have a little patience.

This was my first and last time ordering. Extremely disappointed. It showed up wrapping up in newspaper ads. I only liked 1 out of the 6 I ordered. Everything was overly sweet and not as described, Have to try to resell them

Interesting on how you are the only one in hundreds who have these complaints. Would you rather we stick your fragile bottles of liquid in a plain old envelope and take the risk of them breaking in transit to leave you with a dripping mess when you receive it? No? Well, we go to a lot of trouble to purchase boxes and pack well in paper, which does cost more for us to ship due to the weight. But we do it to make sure the items arrive safely to provide a better experience. And also, if you don't like sweet scents, then maybe you should try ordering some of the other hundreds of scents we have that aren't in the sweets category. As always, if you ever have any issues or questions you are always free to contact us first. Leaving a review like this without talking to us first makes me question whether this is even legit or not.

Do not order from this company, i bought the fruit loops in a 16 ounce bottle and the oil did not throw in my wax melts, I wasted $30.00 on a fake oil that is mainly water. Dont buy from them...

I've checked back through our messages and I don't see anything from you at all. In the future, please know that we take customer service seriously and as a small husband and wife team we do our best to make sure our customers are well taken care of. You can always contact us with issues. I can assure you that our oils are not "fake" and are certainly not made of "water". In fact, the fruit loops scent you purchased is a best seller. I wish you would have written regarding your issue and we could have tried to help you in your wax melts process. For example, if you're using soy wax, you've only had the scent about a day and a half since delivery and that is not nearly enough time to let the soy wax cure to bring out the best throw for ANY scent.

I ordered four fragrances from here and four from the flaming candle. My flaming gcandle package was delivered to my door and all my hot and cold throws were awesome. The ones I ordered from here were poorly packed leaky and shoved in a mailbox on the hottest day of the year because of poor shipment quality they sat in a 130 degree black mailbox. Needless to say my oils were ruined from sitting in a hot mailbox all day. I will not order from these people ever again. They don’t package well. They tape their bottles shut. $70 wasted! Capt Berry crunchies was lacking a berry scent.

So let me get this straight, you are publicly complaining that the post office put your mail in your mailbox??? Also, USPS regulations REQUIRE all liquid containers to have secured lids before submitting for processing. If you've received packages from anywhere else with liquids that aren't secured, it's their bad and not ours for complying with the law. Also, as a side note, the only order I could find with your last name was for $45, not $70. You should be ashamed. There are plenty enough things in this world to complain about without trying to tear down a small family business just so you could name drop.

Not satisfied with the colors in person. Contacted support to see if I could exchange my colors , which are unopened and seal completely untouched, and no one has responded. Will be requesting a refund if my concern doesn’t get addressed soon. Disappointed that I was asked to review the product before even getting my question answered

Our fragrances and colorants are not returnable due to mandatory health and safety policies. We have a page marked "Shipping & Returns on the website that explains that this is so that everyone receives products that have had no chance of tampering. It's for yours and everyone else's benefit. Would you like to buy something somebody else handled? Also, you ordered 2 full-sized jars of mica, but sample sizes are available so you can try them out before you buy a larger quantity. Regarding the email, you emailed later in the afternoon on the day you received them and we replied the following morning, first thing... Perhaps you can check your spam folder? You can always get in contact via phone, the number is on the website. Or on facebook, instagram, twitter or via email. We have excellent customer service and great products so I'm not sure why you would want to leave a review like this when we have done everything we can to help you.

As we’ve explained to you numerous times, your credit card transaction was rejected by the payment processor’s fraud check. This means that you never PAID us for anything and we never OWED you anything. Your bank also tried to explain this to you. Your review is NOT valid as you’ve never had any transactions or dealings with us, except the numerous emails we sent you regarding this issue you’re having with your own bank.
