Shipping time is a little long, I like the fact that the website has a update on what orders they are working on now , scents are always A+

I love everything I've received from NYS. Oils are packaged well, and great scents. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is they are often sold out of the oils I'm looking for (although they do email me as soon as they come in) and the length of time it takes to get orders shipped. But as far as oils go...A+

The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the order processing & shipping tat was extremely slow. Other than that great fragrances & great prices & up to date emails of in stock items were sent. I will definitely order again.

I have ordered from New York Scent several times and I have been pleased with every oil I've tried from them! I do wish the shipping/order fulfilment was a little quicker but I understand that may not be easy given current circumstances. I will definitely continue to order!

The only complaint I have is I contacted site to see if the fragrance oils were ok for gel candles too, and if not which ones they recommend. Other than that I loved how it was easy to order and the turnaround tyme.

The company is great, the service was a little slow on my order. I don't know if they had a problem or something as it took over a week and it said it usually ships in 48 hours. I hope they were okay on there end. There was also a little bit of confusion on vanilla rates in the oil. That was straightened out straight away. Bottle said one amount and website said another. Over all I would order from this company again. Just check usage rate and order for that amount.
