Even when I canceled the subscription, Condé Nast debited money from my account. The customer service is an absolute disaster. They totally ignored my problem. Please be careful: canceled does not mean canceled. In my opinion, this app is a scam. The items are not worth the money. Moreover, it is so outrageous that you are shown advertisements. I would not recommend anyone to subscribe to this app.

Same like many of you here. I’ve informed them I want to cancel my subscription but couldn’t log in to my account and they took the money from my account. I’m still fighting and now, after 4 months, they are all of sudden trying to help me with the login. Of course they don’t accept complaints. And they don’t accept the fact I asked for the cancellation once I bought the bag. And the didn’t send me any digital magazine ever since. They keep repeating that my cancellation is done, just it’ll finish next year in September. IMHO they act like thieves. Plus no way to reach someone higher than help desk staff which is constantly changing. Disappointed but also very annoyed. Will not recommend the magazine to anyone ever.

I keep writing to be refunded after they debiting my account before I could cancel at 12 weeks. They keep ignoring my emails and I cannot believe they trick readers into subscribing!! They also said it cost 119$ but they debited the equivalent of 150$!! Is the New Yorker stealing from readers now?? I want my refund!

I had a trial subscription with them. With no warning they took £90 subscription, which I cancelled immediately. They have ignored my requests for a refund.

Apparently when I changed the address for summer delivery the end date After Labor Day was not recorded. The post office stopped forwarding mail but did not forward the magazine ater Labor Day. I called September 19 and registered the return to my regular home address. I have not received a copy or an acknowledgement so called today. I was told that my next magazine would arrive October 7 and that there was no system for sending me the curent issue.It was in the hands of thepost office and that's where I should turn.An alert customer care would simply put the issue in an envelope and absorb the cost of mailing.

1 star because I cannot leave none. This organisation is the biggest bunch of crooks currently operating under the banner of "journalism". They offer a free period before subscription with the right to cancel, only you cannot cancel. they tell you they cannot find your sub when you try to cancel, then they take your money anyway, $119.99 in my case. Then, when you think, ok, well if I have a sub I will use it and you try and click onto one of their articles, you are informed that you do not have a sub and you are asked to subscribe and pay again. On top of that, they tell you they are sending you your refund and the money never arrives. The word "thieves" springs to mind. Avoid at all costs, they are a disgrace.

I was automatically renewed without my consent. I called to cancel my subscription and was denied a refund. This is a reprehensible business practice. I will be certain to inform everyone about this and will no longer be purchasing this publication or any other publication affiliated with them

Shocking from such a big company… how these big companies get away with FRAUD These days is unbelievable… IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription. 🤬
