I have been buying New York Bakery cinnamon and raisin bagels for years. I freeze them. I just bought four bags with my grocery delivery. I ate one before freezing the rest. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE RECIPE and presliced them. THEY DON'T TASTE OF CINNAMON ANY MORE and they aren't so chewy 😭😭😭 And THERE IS ABOUT ONE RAISIN PER BAGEL. Possibly two. That is not an exaggeration. I googled and found it is not just me complaining. I've got nineteen to go 😭 I'm gutted. They were a staple in my freezer for when I wanted a snack. I'm never buying them again.

I had to give ONE star as otherwise I couldn't do the review. Well New York Bakery Company what's happened to your bagels? I don't recognise them! From opening the packet, they were tiny. Then come the taste or should I say lack of! I couldn't taste the cinnamon and couldn't find a raisin. So so disappointed as I have always thought they were the best bagels. I even tried to add some flavour by toasting it really dark and lashing a load of butter on it but to no avail. Safe to say I will never buy your bagels again. The rest of my packet has gone in the bin.

If you want pay for a cinnamon and raisin bagel with no actual cinnamon or raisins and instead a dry piece of dough that needs infinite butter to be edible, then new York bakery are the company for you.Absolute scammers!!

Bought by mistake instead of my usual brand. Certainly chewie, but no hint of any cinnamon, and very few raisons. Would never buy these again. I wouldn't pick them up if they were free.

They have cheapened their recipes all in the name of coat cutting. Not enough cinnamon or raisins anymore. I will be switching brands

I had never tried this product until recently but Waitrose had them on offer and I bought two packs. A massive mistake. The most disgusting product. Dry yet doughy. Generally a texture resembling a stogie badly made dumpling. Never again.

The 1 star is purely for the company's complete disinterest and total lack of response. I have been buying bagels form this company regulary for some years and while I accept there can be the odd misshaped bagel and not totally consistent product recently I had some in a packet that were a lot lot smaller than acceptable, could have easily been in a bagel thins pack. The company have a process to report this on their website but 2 messages were complete ignored, hence this review. UPDATE - since the review I have received a letter and all is now good but don't quite understand why it took this long to respond and if it was the review that prompted the communication?
