New World DiamondsReviews of newworlddiamonds.com

I chose New World Diamonds to upgrade my current wedding ring based on their good reviews. My experience was just as great! They helped me to design a setting, pick out a quality center diamond, and find bands that fit my taste. The ring was shipped to my house in less than 2 weeks and they provided overnight shipping at no additional cost. Their customer service was outstanding. My new ring is absolutely stunning! I highly recommend New World Diamonds.

Tina was unbelievably helpful. She patiently walked me through the process of purchasing a rough diamond. Tina answered all my emails promptly, knowledgeably and courteously. She is a wonderful representative of the company. Because of her, I now intend to give a lot more business to New World Diamonds. Give that woman a raise!!!! Sincerely, a very satisfied customer, Karen Finger

My experience with New World Diamonds was fantastic. Major shout out to Tina who helped us through the whole process. She was always prompt to respond and really made sure my ring was perfect. She was always kind and completely honest with us, which is a huge deal when dealing with jewelry. We loved being able to text because it made the process super smooth. Out of all the places we looked, New World Diamonds was by far the best customer service. My ring turned out better than I could have imagined. 100% custom designed, too! Thank you!! Can’t wait to use you all again in the future. Sara and Tom (2/29/20 wedding)

Highly recommend. The diamonds are beautiful and the prices can't be beat. They have been so patient and helpful with upgrading and re-sizing. Tina is amazing and very accessible. Shipping is speedy too!

My experience with New World Diamonds has been nothing short of amazing and I don't think I can praise them enough. Tina from customer service was more than helpful and personable throughout the whole process making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The first ring I ordered was beautiful but the color of the diamond wasn't what I was looking for, which was completely my fault but that was a non issue when I contacted Tina to see if I could replace the diamond; she sent me a shipping label so I could send the ring back to have changes made free of charge. I just received my new ring and it is perfect, and they send it with the diamond report so you know it is authentic. I would recommend New World Diamonds to everyone and I can't thank you guys enough!
