The ring looks amazing!
The ring looks incredible. Thank you so much my future fiancée is going to love it! The only reason I had to give to a 4 was the customer service while polite wasn’t consistent in email reminders. I was informed when I purchased the ring that I would receive emails stating when the ring was ready and when it would be be shipping out. I emailed support and they informed me that the ring would be ready to depart on a Wednesday and that I will receive tracking information as well. Come Friday I hadn’t seen anything so I emailed again and they let me know that the ring was in transit and that they forgot to send me the email with tracking info. The wait time for the ring is more like a 4 to 5 week process which I can understand by looking at how beautiful the ring I received is. Thanks again for the ring and there’s definitely a chance I may do business here again.

Diamond ear studs review.
Diamond ear studs review. The diamonds are gorgeous. Screw back mounting hard to use. Back screw on piece too small . Had to buy a spacer to make it work.
Response from New World DiamondsOct 21, 2019
Hi Ellen, Thank you so much for the feedback. Would you like us to take a look at the screw back mountings? They should not be hard to use and we would love to help out with the spacer if needed. Please feel free to send us an email at [email protected] as we will send you a free return shipping label and fix the backing to ensure your complete satisfaction. We appreciate your support. All the best, Team NWD
