As this was a big purchase for me I was understandably nervous and did a ton of research before finding a site to order from. Even after I found something I wanted to order, it took me a week or two to even give them a call over the phone to get more information and confirm that everything was legit. I spoke to a girl named Tina who was incredibly helpful - she took the time to explain everything to me including diamond categorization and grading, shipping, duties, etc and helped me far more than any other stores I had called/considered. I finally went ahead and made the purchase and have no regrets - the site has great deals and with customer service reps like Tina who are patient, friendly, and knowledgeable I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Love the variety of colors offered. Diamonds are affordable compared to other companies available. Customer Service is very helpful and willing to work with you.

I purchased a very high quality.66 Caret stone, along with what should have been a 6 prong solitaire engagement setting, as well as the matching wedding band. I received the rings in a timely manner and was extremely pleased with the quality and sturdiness of both rings. Only issue was the engagement ring was 4 prong. I immediately called and talked with Tina. We reviewed the pictures shown for the setting, and agreed that it should be 6 prongs. She talked quickly with her team, and they agreed that it wasn’t what I expected, and asked that I return it so they could fix it and also determine what happened. She sent me a 2day fedex label, and promised to turn it around in 3-4 days. They did it in 3 day, with 2 day fedex back to me - no cost! Got it today. It was perfect. I encourage anyone to think about purchasing a somewhat smaller, but higher quality stone while staying within their budget. The sparkles are unbelievable! And what caused the problem? I asked Tina. Turns out they have a policy that rings below.75 caret automatically get 4 prongs. However it wasn’t stated on their website. They immediately adjusted their website to properly inform their customers. Not many companies stand behind their product like this, while selling at about 1/2 what a retail jewelry store would sell a comparable ring. I highly recommend New World Diamonds.
